摘要
随着社会的发展以及当前市场经济的运行规律,各大高校在不断地对教育教学进行改革和创新,以便适应社会发展形势。满足当前社会对各类型人才的需求,并形成各大高校自己的教育教学体系。同时,各大高校也注意到了随着素质教育不断深入推进,以人为本的教学理念不断推进到高校的教育教学管理理念中。这种理念也成了目前教育的一个重要发展趋势。该研究主要针对以人为本推进高校教育教学管理创新提出了几点认知。
With the development of society and the operation law of market economy,universities are constantly reforming and innovating education and teaching in order to adapt to the social development situation,meet the needs of various types of talents in the current society,and form their own education and teaching system.At the same time,colleges and universities have also noticed that with the deepening of quality education,people-oriented teaching concept has been pushed into the concept of education and teaching management in Colleges and universities.This concept has also become an important trend in the development of education.This paper mainly puts forward some cognitions on how to promote the innovation of education and teaching management in Colleges and universities by putting people first.
