摘要
在以社区养老服务中心为基本单元的养老模式下,运用科学合理的手段,合理分配养老资源,实现社会养老资源的动态调整。以信息整合作为社区养老服务设计的调研与运行手段,通过问卷法和数理统计对老年群体的需求分析进行分级式研究。通过主观评价体系,分析和梳理老年用户的客观需求,并构建相应的服务模式。通过分析老年群体的养老服务需求,构建基本的社区养老服务单元。从信息整合的视角,改变信息交流传递方式、强化资源配置整合力度、提升服务管理效率,对现有养老服务模式存在的各种问题予以解决。
Under the old-age pension model based on community-based pension service centers, scientific and rational methods are used to rationally allocate old-age resources and realize the dynamic adjustment of social pension resources. Information integration is used as a means of research and operation of community care service design, and a hierarchical study is conducted through analysis of the needs of older people. Through the subjective evaluation system, the objective needs of elderly users are analyzed and combed, and corresponding service models are constructed. By analyzing the needs of elderly care services for the elderly, a basic community care service unit is constructed. From the perspective of information integration, we will change the method of information exchange, strengthen the integration of resource allocation, and improve the efficiency of service management. We will solve various problems existing in the existing pension service model.
