摘要
本文基于资源基础观理论、关系视角理论和快速均匀流理论,构建了一个从电子商务能力到信息整合再到供应链绩效的概念模型,旨在研究电子商务对制造企业供应链绩效的影响。模型包括三个构念,分别是电子商务能力、信息整合和供应链绩效。通过对上海地区382家制造企业调查所得到的数据,对问题进行了实证研究。结果表明,面向顾客的电子商务能力对信息整合没有正面影响,其他三种电子商务能力均对信息整合有正面影响;信息整合对供应链绩效成本绩效和供应链服务绩效均产生正面影响。根据本研究成果,企业在引入电子商务时,须进行信息整合才能最大限度地发挥电子商务的能力,从而提升企业的供应链绩效。
Based on the resource-based view,relationship view and theory of swift and even flow,we develop a comprehensive conceptual model combining e-business capability,information integration and supply chain performance,to study the relationship between the three constructs. The e-business capability construct consists of four items： customer oriented,supplier oriented,internal oriented and external oriented capabilities; the information integration construct consists of two items： customer information integration and supplier information integration; the supply chain performance construct consists two items： supply chain cost performance and supply chain service performance. Data were collected from 382 manufacturers in Shanghai and statistically analyzed to answer the research question. The results show that customer-oriented e-business has no direct effect on information integration. However,all other three items of e-business capability have positive effect on information integration,and information integration has positive effect on supply chain performance.From this study,we know that enterprises should pay much intention on information integration before introducing e-business so as to improve their supply chain performance.
