摘要
简述了国内外综采工作面自动化、智能化开采技术发展历程及现状,重点介绍了综采工作面智能化开采的发展规划及目前的关键技术。总结了郑煤机承担的付村6 m超大采高厚煤层和贵州众一薄煤层2个综采智能化示范项目的研发情况及关键技术。结合实施现状展望了综采工作面智能化还需突破的关键技术和重点发展方向。
This paper briefly describes the development history and current situation of automation and intelligent nfining technology in fully-mechanized mining face at home and abroad, and focuses on the development planning and key technologies of intelligent mining in fully-mechanized nfining face. This paper summarizes the research and development situation and key technology of two fully-mechanized intelligent demonstration projects of Fueun 6 m super-large nfining high and thick seam and Zhongy-i thin seam in Guizhou undertaken by Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co. , Ltd.. Combined with the implementation status, the key technologies and key development directions for the intellectualization of fully-mechanized coal face are predicted.
