摘要 活鸡兔井受到压入式通风和较复杂的地质条件的制约,中薄煤层的开采较为困难,为此矿方引进国内外先进设备,引入综采面智能化系统及跟机智能化技术,在工业应用阶段,引进艾柯夫SL300/6590型双滚筒采煤机双向自动记忆割煤以及SAC型电液控制系统,经过验证,22上302综采工作面实现单日连续推进18刀,工作面生产班作业人员由12人减至4人,原煤生产效率得到极大提升,“无人则安”的安全理念得以进一步实现,减少了矿方的经济支出,设备故障影响生产时间同比下降23.8%,原煤损失同比下降8.9%;商品煤产率由原来的65%提高至73%,提高了工作效率和煤质,为煤矿的安全高效生产提供了保障。 Huojitu coal mine is restricted by press ventilation and complex geological conditions,so it is difficult to mine medium and thin coal seams.For this reason,the mine introduces advanced equipment at home and abroad,intelligent system of fully mechanized mining face and machine following intelligent technology.In the stage of industrial application,two-way automatic memory coal cutting of Aikov SL300/6590 double drum shearer and SAC electro-hydraulic control system are introduced,which have been verified.22 Shang 302 fully mechanized mining face has achieved 18 continuous advances per day,the number of operators in the production shift of the working face has been reduced from 12 to 4,the production efficiency of raw coal has been greatly improved,and the safety concept of"safety without people"has been further realized.the economic expenditure of the mining side has been reduced,the production time affected by equipment failure has decreased by 23.8%compared with the same period last year,and the loss of raw coal has decreased by 8.9%compared with the same period last year.The yield of commercial coal has increased from 65%to 73%,improving work efficiency and coal quality,and providing a guarantee for the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
