摘要
目的建立测定五子补肾强身丸中淫羊藿苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1. 0 m L/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为5μL。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在2. 104~407. 300μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0. 999 6 (n=6);平均回收率为99. 07%,RSD为0. 33%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定五子补肾强身丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of icariin in Wuzi Bushen Qiangshen Pills. Methods The chromatographic column was Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water, gradient elution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the sample size was 5 μL. Results Icariin showed good linear relationship in the range of 2. 104-407. 300 μg, r = 0. 999 6（n = 6）, the average recovery rate was 99.07%, RSD was 0.33% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Wuzi Bushen Qiangshen Pills.
