摘要
以鱼肉制品为材料,用乙醇溶液作为提取液,测定其组胺的含量。利用正交法优化实验后,结果表明:用浓度为45%的乙醇溶液在40℃下提取60min效果最佳,再利用aa NAT避免其它非挥发性组胺的影响。此方法稳定性好、简单便捷、回收率高。
Abstract Fish meat products were taken as raw tract, and the content of histamine was determined. The materials, and ethanol solution was used as exexperiment was optimized by orthogonal method, the results showed that the effect was the best when it was extracted with 45% ethanol solution at 40℃ for 60 min, and then use aaNAT to avoid the influence of other non - volatile histamine. The method had good stability, and it was simple and convenient, and recovery rate was high
