摘要
建立了火龙果中手性苯醚甲环唑分离并测定的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法,并比较分析不同处理浓度下苯醚甲环唑对映体在火龙果中的消解动态和立体选择性。研究表明:苯醚甲环唑4个对映体的消解动态均符合一级动力学方程,低、高浓度处理组半衰期分别为1.78~2.34 d和1.70~2.72 d。EFA在2个处理下均表现为前期大于0.5且逐渐升高,后期逐渐降低至0.4左右;EFB在低浓度处理时整个采样时期从0.55一直降低至0.43,而高浓度处理时,则先升高至0.6后逐渐降低至0.4左右。结果证明,苯醚甲环唑2对对映体在火龙果体内降解很快,存在立体选择性降解行为,并且处理浓度不同,选择性降解情况也不尽一致。
A method for separation and determination of chiral difenoconazole in dragon fruit was established by using the stationary phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography. The degradation dynamics and stereoselectivity of difenocomazole enantiomers in the dragon fruit treated with different concentrations of difenoconazole were analyzed. The dissipation dynamics of the difenoconazole enantiomers was accorded with that of the first-order kinetics equation. The half lives of difenoconazole enantiomers in the low and high concentration treatment groups were 1.78-2.34 days and 1.70-2.72 days. under the 2 treatments was more than 0.5 at the early state and increased, and then gradually decreased to about 0.4 at the late stage, under the low concentration treatments was reduced from 0.55 to 0.43 during the entire sampling period. The under the high concentration treatment increased to 0.6 and then decreased to 0.4. The results showed that the two pairs of enantiomers degraded rapidly in the dragon fruit and had a stereoselective degradation behavior. The selective degradation was not consistent with the treatment concentrations.
