橡胶树气刺短线高效采胶技术生产性试验 被引量:3

摘要 在割胶劳动力缺乏亟的今天,亟需一种既省工又高效的割胶新技术。试验提出气刺短线(S/8)高效采胶技术。云南江城橡胶公司6年的生产性试验研究表明:气刺短线采胶各项生产数据正常,产量效应增产明显,平均净增产率为12.42%,平均株产和株次产分别高于对照0.44 kg和7.2 g;流胶时间长,长流胶比例高于对照12.9%;刺激周期内胶乳产量呈梯度下降趋势;干胶含量低于对照1.5%,平均死皮发生率比对照高出0.54%。气刺短线(S/8)采胶技术可充分挖掘老龄胶树的产胶潜力和延长其经济寿命,并表现出省工、高效的特点。此项技术为橡胶的发展提供了技术保障。 A labor-saving efficient tapping practice is in a bad need especially in the present days of low rubber price. The micro-tapping (S/8) with gas stimulation was test tried in rubber plantations for 6 years by the Jiangcheng Rubber Co., Ltd of Yunnan State Farm Group in Jiangcheng, Yunnan. The trial test showed that all the production data from the trial test were normal. The yield was increased obviously, with a net average rate of 12.42%, and it was 0.44 kg/tree and 7.2 g/tapping/tree. This tapping treatment had a longer latex flow, and its long latex flow is almost 12.9% higher than that of the control. During the period of stimulation, the treatment showed a gradient decrease in latex yield, and the dry rubber content of the latex was 1.5% lower than that of the control. The treatment had a higher tapping panel dryness (TPD) incidence, 0.54% higher than that of the control. The micro-tapping (S/8) with gas stimulation increased the rubber production potential and economic life of the old rubber plantations and was efficient and laborsaving. The micro-tapping (S/8) with gas stimulation provides a technical support for the development of rubber industry.
