摘要
以"农业部景洪橡胶树种质资源圃"内的26个橡胶树云南推广品种(种质资源)为试验材料,测定胶乳中的蔗糖、硫醇、无机磷、干胶、总固形物含量,及其胶乳产量和橡胶树生长量,对数据进行相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,胶乳产量与胶乳中无机磷含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与总固形物呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与干胶含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。通过主成分分析筛选出7个优异种质资源,通过聚类分析筛选出1个优异种质资源和11个优良种质资源。
The germplasm resources of rubber tree,which preserved in Germplasm Repository of Rubber Tree based in Jing-Hong City,the Ministry of Agriculture,were taken as experimental material to determine the content of sucrose,thiols,inorganic phosphorus,dry rubber,total solids in latex,and latex yield,growth of rubber tree as well.Data were collected to analyze their relationship,main components and cluster characteristics by SPSS.The results indicated that there was a greatly significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between latex yield and the content of inorganic phosphorus in latex.Meanwhile,it has a significant negative correlation(P<0.05)with the total solids content and a remarkable significant negative correlation(P<0.01)with dry rubber content in all tested 26 variety resources.Finally,there are 7 excellent germplasm resources screened in the main component analysis,while one specific germplasm resource and 11 excellent ones through cluster analysis.
