摘要
随着多轴数控机床的不断发展与日趋完善,其在加工某些空间位置精度非常高或型面非常复杂的机械产品方面显示出了巨大的优越性,加工的效率更高、加工质量更优。我国完全自主产权的CAXA制造工程师拥有目前国际上比较成熟的"CAD/CAM"一体化系统,能够实现产品从设计到加工制造数据信息的无缝连接。为企业的产品开发和制造创造出更大的经济效益。本文以CAXA制造工程师为工具,设计完成了典型复杂零件的建模、自动编程、几何仿真校验和后置处理的全套无纸化加工工艺设计;探索了用四轴、五轴加工中心实现典型复杂零件的高精度、高效率和高质量加工的工艺方法。
With the continuous development and improvement of multi axis CNC machine tools, great advantages are shown in the mechanical products with very high precision of machining space position or very complex surface. The efficiency of processing is higher and the quality of processing is better. The CAXA manufacturing engineer of our country's completely independent property rights has a relatively mature "CAD/CAM" integration system in the world, which can realize the seamless connection of product from design to processing and manufacturing data. It will create greater economic benefits for product development and manufacturing of enterprises. In this paper, a complete set of paperless process design for modeling, automatic programming, geometric simulation check and post processing for typical complex parts is designed and completed with CAXA manufacturing engineer as a tool. The high precision, high efficiency and high quality processing method for typical complex parts with four axis and five axis machining centers is explored.
