恩诺沙星酶联适配体分析检测试剂盒的研制 被引量:5

摘要 研制了适用于检测动物源性食品中恩诺沙星(ENRX)残留的竟争取代酶联适配体分析试剂盒。将ENRX添加到鲜肉样品中进行加入回收实验,并对试剂盒灵敏度、精密度、特异性、稳定性和有效期进行测定。结果表明:研制的试剂盒的检测限为26.9μg/L,线性检测范围为35.9~251.6μg/L,供试样品检测结果的批内和批间变异系数均低于15%,回收率均高于93%,符合兽药残留分析要求。试剂盒在温度-20℃可保存3年,在4℃至少可保存6个月,能抵抗反复冻融60次以上,稳定性良好。该试剂盒能用于实际样品的检测,较常规的仪器分析具有操作简便、灵敏度高、特异性强、快速等特点,并能批量地分析样品,值得在安全食品的生产与监测中推广应用。 Enzyme-linked aptamer assay kit with competition replacement mechanism was developed for the detection of enrofloxacin residues in animal origin foods.The recovery test was performed by adding enrofloxacin to fresh meat samples and the sensitivity,precision,specificity,stability and validity were determined based on experiments.The results showed that the limit of detection was 26.9μg/L and the linear detection range was 35.9-251.6μg/L for developed kit,the coefficient of variation of intra-assay and inter-assay was less than 15%,and the recovery rates were all higher than 93%,in line with analysis requirements of veterinary drug residues.The kit can be stored for at least 6-months at 4℃ and at least 3-years at-20℃ and has good stability with resisting repeated freezing and thawing more than 60 times.This kit has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,high specificity,and it is rapid compared with the conventional analytical instruments used for the detection of actual samples.It is worthy of popularization and application in the production and monitoring of safety food.
