Applications of Optical Aptamer Sensor in Medical Detection

摘要 综述了近些年基于固定化核酸适体的光学传感器的开发与应用进展;阐述了光学适体传感器在构建过程中涉及到的核酸适体的筛选以及光纤、电极、石墨烯等载体的表面修饰、适体分子的固定等关键技术;归纳总结了一些典型光学适体传感器在生物小分子、大分子以及肿瘤标志物检测中的应用实例,对该类传感器未来的应用领域及发展趋势进行了展望。 This paper reviewed the development and the application of optical biosensor systems based on immobilized aptamers in the past several years,and presented the key technologies for the fabrication of optical aptamer sensors( OTS), involving in the screening of the aptamers, the modification of the surface of the sensor substrates( fiber,electrode,graphene and other materials etc.) and the immobilization of aptamers etc. Also,there enumerated some specific applications of OTS for the detection of biological small molecules,macro-molecules and tumor biomarkers. Finally,the prospects of application areas and development trends of OTS were analyzed.
