摘要
认识高校的德育共同体性质,是把握高校"中国特色"的关键所在。中国高校的德育实施过程具有目标一致性、主体交互性和集体协同性等特征。目标一致性导向一种价值共同体,体现师生高度认同社会主义核心价值观的价值立场和实现立德树人根本任务的价值目标;主体交互性建构一种关系共同体,立足多元育人主体间的交往理性和交往行为,在共同体视野下构筑高校多元育人体系;集体协同性生成一种实践共同体,各主体在集体实践中提升道德认知水平,实现德育意义和主体身份的双重建构。
Understanding the nature of moral education community in universities is the key to grasp the Chinese characteristics.The consistent goal,subject interaction and collective collaboration are characteristics in the implementation process of moral education in Chinese universities.The consistent goal leads to value community which reflects the socialist core values of teachers and students achieving the target of moral education;the subject interaction constructs a community relationship based on communicative reason and communicative action among multiple-educational subjects,building a diversified education system for colleges and universities;the collective collaboration forms a community of practice which enhances the level of moral cognition through the collective practice and realizes the process of moral significance and identity construction for different subjects.
