摘要
目的探讨安康欣胶囊联合顺铂在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)辅助化疗中的应用效果。方法 90例非小细胞肺癌辅助化疗患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)方案,观察组在对照组基础上使用安康欣胶囊。比较两组患者的近期疗效、T细胞亚群及NK细胞、毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组临床获益率为66.67%,明显高于对照组的46.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心、呕吐、皮疹、中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少、贫血、肝功能异常毒副反应发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安康欣胶囊联合顺铂在非小细胞肺癌辅助化疗中的应用效果显著,能有效减轻化疗毒副反应,增强抗肿瘤效果,调整机体免疫功能,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Ankangxin Capsule combined with Cisplatin in the adjuvant chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods A total of 90 patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given Gemcitabine plus cisplatin（GP） regimen, the observation group was given Ankangxin Capsule on the basis of the control group. The short-term effects, T cell subsets and NK cell, toxic side effects between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical benefit rate of the observation group was 66.67%, which was significantly higher than 46.67% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋, NK in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of nausea, vomiting, rash, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia and abnormal liver function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of Ankangxin Capsule combined with Cisplatin in the adjuvant chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer is significant, can effectively reduce the toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy, enhance the anti-tumor effect, and adjust the immune function of the body. It has positive clinical significance.
