摘要
苗医药认为一切疾病皆是"毒"所致,有"无毒不生病"之传,故驱"毒"是治病的关键。通过追溯苗医中"毒"的来源、分类、特点及致病区别,了解结直肠癌在苗医中的病名、分类及"毒"致病的病因病机认识,阐述驱"毒"治疗结直肠癌的原则及内外治法,并根据临床驱"毒"用药情况分为无毒祛毒、补惠攻毒、以毒攻毒探讨抑制结直肠癌的可能机制,为今后临床深入研究苗医药驱"毒"治疗结直肠癌提供更好的科学方案及依据。
Objective Miao medicine believes that all diseases are caused by“toxin”.There is a saying that“no toxin,no disease”.Therefore,expelling“toxin”is the key to treat the disease.The author traces the origin,classification,characteristics and pathogenic differences of“toxin”in Miao medicine to understand the name,etiology and pathogenesis of colorectal cancer,describe the principles and internal and external treatment methods of expelling“toxin”.According to the clinical use of drugs to expelling“toxin”,it can be divided into non-toxic drugs to dispel toxin,tonic drugs to attack toxin,and toxin drugs.It would provide a better scientific plan and basis for the future clinical in-depth study of Miao medicine to expel“toxin”in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
