摘要
目的对于非小细胞肺癌患者采取中医辨证治疗联合GP化疗方案进行治疗的临床疗效和对患者免疫功能的影响情况进行探讨。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月接诊的非小细胞肺癌患者80例作为本次课题研究对象,根据所选患者进入医院的顺序为其分组,其中一组患者接受临床单纯化疗方案进行治疗,一共40例纳入成为对照组,剩余一组患者接受中医辨证治疗联合GP化疗方案进行治疗,一共40例纳入成为研究组,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果接受中医辨证治疗联合GP化疗方案进行治疗的研究组非小细胞肺癌患者的临床整体疗效明显高于对照组,两者对比差异明显;研究组患者中位生存期以及1年生存率明显优于对照组,两者对比差异明显;研究组患者的生活质量评分情况明显高于对照组,两者对比差异明显;研究组患者中出现不良反应情况明显低于对照组,两者对比差异明显。结论临床中对于非小细胞肺癌患者采取中医辨证治疗联合GP化疗方案进行治疗,能够显著提高疾病的临床治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状及生存质量,治疗安全性高,能有效保护患者免疫功能,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with GP chemotherapy.Methods Eighty patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups according to the order of patients entering the hospital.The patients of one group received clinical simple chemotherapy,and a total of 40 patients were included the control group.The remained patients received TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with GP chemotherapy and a total of 40 cases were included in the study group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall clinical efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer patients in the study group treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with GP chemotherapy was significantly higher than that in the control group.The median survival time and 1-year survival rate of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group.The score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.The adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with GP chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease,improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients,have high treatment safety,and can effectively protect the immune function of patients.It should be vigorously popularized and applied.
