摘要
透射电子显微镜是高校大型仪器中使用率很高的仪器之一,主要用于科学研究,在理论课程教学中应用很少。本文以《材料科学基础》理论课程中晶体结构、孪晶和柯肯达尔效应三部分内容为例,初探透射电镜在理论教学中发挥的作用。结合教学实践,证明该教学方法能够调动学生积极性和主动性,提高学生的发散思维能力。学习者在学好理论课程的同时也有助于他们掌握透射电镜的操作技能,提高综合科研素质,为学生将来从事相关科研工作打下基础。
Transmission electron microscope is one of the large-scale instruments with high utilization rate in colleges and universities, which is mainly applied to scientific research, while seldom used to theoretical course teaching. The effect of transmission electron microscope in theoretical course teaching was investigated, taking crystal structure, twin crystal and Kirkendall effect in the theoretical course teaching of Fundamentals of Materials as examples. Combined with the teaching practice, it was proposed that this method can mobilize students activity and initiative, develop students divergent thinking. This method can help students to learn theoretical course, meanwhile can contribute to master operating skill of transmission electron microscope, improve the quality of comprehensive scientific research, and lay the foundation for the students who take up the correlative research in future.
