摘要
电子显微镜是高校及科研单位应用范围广、测试需求较高的大型仪器之一,其合理有效的管理和使用至关重要。通过分析近年来化学工程联合国家重点实验室(浙江大学)测试平台电子显微镜测试大数据库,平台进行了全新管理体系的实践和探索,建立了简易快速的上岗培训和定期的专业培训模式,同时培养了一批有丰富操作经验的学生助管。新体系的全面实行,显著提高了电子显微镜的使用效率,扩大了设备的开放共享,降低了仪器故障。新体系的管理成效为测试信息大数据的挖掘与应用提供了新思路。
The electron microscopes is an extensive-used and high-needed instrument in universities and research institutes. The reasonable management and efficient application are extraordinary significant. State Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering(Zhejiang University) test platform has explored and practiced a new efficient management system by statistics of big test data. It contains constant simple operation training and regular professional training, meanwhile, develops many experienced student assistants. The comprehensive implementation of the new system significantly improves the application efficiency of the use of electron microscopes, expands the open sharing and reduces the malfunction. The management effectiveness of the new system provides a new idea about exploration and application of big test data.
