摘要
目的探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法选取2016年1～12月在我院就诊的80例小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患儿给予利巴韦林治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的治疗基础上联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗。治疗结束后,观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿的退热时间、止泻时间、止吐时间以及治疗时间均短于对照组,两组临床症状改善时间及治疗时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的体内轮状病毒转阴率(87.5%)高于对照组(45.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎,具有良好的临床疗效,优于单纯使用利巴韦林治疗,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Raeeeadotril Granules combined with Ribavirin in the treatment of in- fantile Rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 80 children with Rotavirus enteritis treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with Ribavirin, and the children in the observation group were treated with Raeeeadotril Granules on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The fever time, diarrhea time, antiemetie time and treatment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups of clinical symptoms improvement time and treatment time were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The negative rate of Rotavirus in the observation group （87.5%） was higher than that in the control group （45.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant differ- enee in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Raeeeadotril Granules combined with Ribavirin for the treatment of Rotavirus enteritis in children has a good clinical effect, h is better than the only child with Ribavirin treatment for children with Rotavirus enteritis, and it is highly safe and worthy of clinical application.
