摘要
目的:观察分析自拟健脾祛湿方治疗轮状病毒肠炎的治疗效果。方法:采用随机、双盲、对照试验展开研究,研究纳入我院2016年7月—2017年7月期间,儿科接诊的100例小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿,将患儿随机分为治疗组和参照组,参照组应用思密达治疗,治疗组在思密达治疗基础上加用自拟健脾祛湿方,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各症状积分明显低于参照组,且不良反应明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟健脾祛湿方是治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的有效药物,中药治疗在缓解患儿症状和安全性方面优于单独使用西药治疗。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Qushi Decoction in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis. Methods： A randomized, double-blind, controlled trial was conducted.100 children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital during the period July 2016 ~July 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the reference group. The reference group was treated with Smecta, while the treatment group was treated with Smecta plus spleen dampness. The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was signi？cantly higher than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the symptom scores of the treatment group were signi？cantly lower than those of the reference group. The adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the reference group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The spleen dampness is an effective drug for the treatment of rotavirus enteritis. Chinese medicine treatment is better than western medicine alone in relieving symptoms and safety of children.
