摘要
随着"政产学研用"协同创新模式的提出,创新已然成为高校人才培养的驱动力。创新是强国之本,创新型人才的供给缺口成为就业不匹配的重要因素,企业对创新应用型人才的需求越来越多。因此,基于"政产学研用"创新模式研究高校应用型人才的培养具有重要意义。通过对"政产学研用"协同创新模式的探究,分析高校应用型人才的培养现状,最后提出相应的对策措施。
With the introduction of the collaborative innovation model of ＂Government Industry Science College and User＂, innovation has become the driving force for talent training in colleges and universities. Innovation is the foundation of a strong country, and the supply gap for innovative talents has become an important factor in employment mismatch, and companies are increasingly demanding innovative and applied talents. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the cultivation of applied talents in universities based on the innovative model of ＂Government Industry Science College and User＂. Through the exploration of the collaborative innovation model of ＂government Industry Science College and User＂, the status quo of the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities is analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
