摘要
采用枯草芽孢杆菌GH18、GH19对立枯丝核菌进行抑菌试验,并与3种化学药剂(代森锰锌、甲基硫菌灵、百菌清)的抑菌效果进行了对比,结果显示:GH18和GH19对立枯丝核菌的抑菌效果都很明显;3种化学药剂中,以甲基硫菌灵的抑菌效果最强。
Bacillus subtilis GH18, GH19 were used to inhibit Rhizoctonia solani, and the antimicrobial effects were compared with those of three kinds of chemical agents (mancozeb, thiophanate methyl, chlorothalonil,). The results showed that GH18 and GH19 had obvious bacteriostatic effect on Rhizoctonia solani, and thiophanate methyl had the strongest bacteriostatic effect among the three chemicals.
