本共识探讨卵子共享与供/受卵相关的伦理问题。遵照卫科教发[2003]176号文件和卫科教发[2006]44号文件"赠卵者仅限于接受人类辅助生殖治疗周期中取卵的妇女",在获卵数达到15枚自用前提下,超出的卵子可建议捐赠。受卵者胚胎移植时年龄不应超过52岁,且助孕前需进行身体和心理健康的评估。
This consensus explores the ethical considerations surrounding the egg sharing donation program. According to No. 176 document [2003] and No. 44 [2006] of national health competent authority, the oocyte donors are limited to the women who undergo assisted reproductive technology treatment. Oocyte donation can be considered when the patient has excess oocytes on promise of at least 15 oocytes retrieved for her own use. In oocyte donation cycles, embryo transfer should be strongly discouraged to the women over age of 52, and physical and mental health assessment is required before the women undergo assisted reproductive technology treatment.
