摘要
胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及病死率居恶性肿瘤第三位。在我国胃癌的发病率与病死率有明显的地区和城乡差异,农村发病率高于城市。西医治疗副作用大,且价格昂贵。将中医药与西医结合治疗,不仅疗效显著,而且一定程度上减轻了患者的经济负担。中医注重扶正与驱邪相结合,调整机体平衡,一方面使肿瘤生长速度减慢,甚至使肿瘤缩小,另一方面使机体适应新的内在环境,减少肿瘤给机体带来的损伤。从而达到改善患者生存质量、减轻患者痛苦、延长患者寿命及延缓肿瘤发展的目的。本文从西医方面简要论述胃癌的研究:胃癌的病因病机及分型、临床表现、治疗(手术治疗、放射治疗、化疗、术前放化疗、术后放化疗、靶向治疗)。中医方面论述胃癌的病因病机及辨证论治、临床经验及高萍教授的经典案例列举。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world, and its morbidity and mortality is the third among the most malignant tumors. In China, the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer in urban are obviously different from those in rural areas, and rural incidence is higher than that of cities. Western medicine has great side effects and is expensive. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is not only effective, but also alleviates the economic burden. TCM pays attention to the centralizer with exorcism, adjusting the balance of the body on the one hand to make tumor growth slow down, it even reduces tumors on the other hand to make the body adapt to the new internal environment, minimizing the damage tumor brings to the body. Thus, the goals of improving the survival quality of patients, alleviating the pain of patients, lengthening the life of patients and delaying the development of tumor are achieved. This paper briefly reviews the research of treatment on gastric cancer from the aspects of western medicine： gastric cancer pathogenesis and classification, clinical manifestation, treatment （surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, preoperative chemoradiotherapy, postoperative radiation and chemotherapy, targeted therapy） and TCM treatment： the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer and syndrome differentiation, clinical experience, and classic cases of Professor Gao Ping are discussed.
