摘要
为提升电网对特高压直流的承接能力,将电网调度由传统的"电源调度"向"负荷调度"延伸,江苏电网开展了大规模可中断负荷供需友好互动系统建设工作。本文从可中断负荷概念、大规模负荷的暂态、稳态精准控制技术等方面阐述了该系统的理论基础,并提出了系统的总体架构、传输通道以及控制策略。然后,基于该系统一期工程建设情况,分析了系统快速、精准切除可中断负荷实切演练的效果。实切演练表明,该系统毫秒级动作响应时间满足频率变化的动态特性要求,在故障情况下,对电网有较强的频率支撑作用。最后,本文对系统扩建进行了展望,并介绍了系统未来发展和应用方向。
In order to enhance the access capability of UHVDC, Jiangsu Electric Power Company has developed a User-Interactive System with large-scale intermptible load. With this system, the grid dispatching could be extended fl'om the traditional method of "power dispatching" to "load scheduling". In this paper, the theoretical basis of the User-Interactive System is introduced from the aspects of the interruptible load, and transient and steady control technology of the large-scale load. Then the paper proposes the overall structure, transmission channel structure and control strategy of the User-Interactive System. Based on the implementation of Phase I of the system, the results of the real action of the system are presented, showing that the response time of the system could meet the requirements of frequency recovery. In the case of failure of UHVDC, the system could provide strong support to the power system frequency. Finally, the extension projects and future development outlook of the system are discussed in this paper
