摘要
我国一次能源与电力负荷的逆向分布状态使得区域间负荷匹配与协调问题突出,同时加剧了风电、光伏等低碳电力的消纳难度.考虑到负荷中心电力供应的迫切需求和2030年节能减排目标等诸多因素,国家电网大力发展适用于远距离、大容量输电的特高压交、直流混联电网.本文结合混联电网的发展现状和发展前景,探讨混联电网在电力系统发电侧、输电侧、用电侧、储能侧的碳减排实现路径,并运用灰色关联度分析(GRA,Grey Relation Analysis)模型就其建设里程与输电数量两项指标的碳减排效果进行综合评估,验证混联电网技术具有促进碳减排的作用.算例利用我国已投产的特高压交、直流混联电网相关数据进行计算与分析,定量验证了其在节能减排方面的内在潜力,为远期电网清洁化发展提供参考依据.
The reverse distribution of primary energy and power load in China makes the problem of interregional load matching and coordination prominent,and at the same time increases the difficulty of low-carbon power consumption,such as wind power and photovoltaic power.Considering the urgent demand of power supply in load center and the target of energy saving and emission reduction in 2030,the State Grid has vigorously developed the UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid suitable for long-distance and large-capacity transmission.Based on the current situation and development prospects of the hybrid power grid,this paper discusses the realization path of carbon emission reduction in the generation side,transmission side,power side and energy storage side of the power system,and uses the Grey Relation Analysis(GRA) model to improve the carbon emission reduction effect of the two indicators of construction mileage and transmission quantity.Comprehensive evaluation is carried out to verify the role of hybrid grid technology in promoting carbon emission reduction.The calculation and analysis of the UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid in China are carried out by using the relevant data,which quantitatively verifies its inherent potential in energy saving and emission reduction,and provides a reference for the future clean development of power grid.
