摘要
蒲公英作为应用广泛的传统中药,现代研究揭示了其复杂的化学成分、药理活性及作用机制,尤其近年来蒲公英的抗肿瘤和抑菌活性研究达到了一个新的高度。该文对蒲公英的化学成分、药理作用及其机制和临床剂型方面进行综述,为蒲公英的深入研究和应用提供参考。
Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz. is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine. Modern research reveals its complex chemical constituents,pharmacological activity and mechanisms. Especially in recent years,the research of its anti-tumor and anti-bacterial activity reached a new height. This paper summaries the research progress from the aspects of chemical constituents,pharmacological activity and mechanisms and clinical dosage form,so as to provide references for the further study of its medical value.
