摘要
中药的研究一般集中在植物药和矿物药两方面,其中对植物药的研究已趋于完善。但传统矿物药作为中药富有特色的组成部分,在中医药临床的治疗以及现代研究的发展上有其不可替代的作用,却未被详尽地介绍。因此,需要通过对矿物药中常用药物进行更深入的探索研究,发现矿物药中潜在的价值以及开发更多的临床常用药。为此查阅相关资料发现明矾在诸多领域均应用广泛,尤其在中医药相关的领域中。因此从古方应用情况、相关炮制品分析、药理及毒理研究、临床研究及质量控制等方面对明矾进行总结和阐述,并在此基础上对应用明矾过程中所存在的问题进行讨论与展望,以期为今后应用明矾提供更加清晰的科研思路,为矿物药的进一步研究提供启迪。
Because the research of traditional Chinese medicine generally focuses on plant medicine and mineral medicine,the research of plant medicine has become perfect.However,as a characteristic component of Traditional Chinese medicine,traditional mineral medicine plays an irreplaceable role in the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of modern research,but it has not been introduced in detail.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore and study the common drugs in mineral drugs,to discover the potential value of mineral drugs and to develop more common clinical drugs.It is found that Mingfan(Alumen)is widely used in many fields,especially in the fields related to traditional Chinese medicine.Application result from ancient prescription,processed products analysis,pharmacology and toxicology research,clinical research and quality control of Mingfan(Alumen)summarized and expounded,on the basis of the problems in the process of application of Mingfan(Alumen)are discussed and prospect,in the hope of the future application of alum can provide more clear scientific research ideas,provide enlightenment for the further study of the mineral medicine.
