摘要 间充质干细胞源性外泌体是间充质干细胞分泌的同质性膜囊泡,含有大量且种类繁多的蛋白质、细胞因子和微小RNA等生物活性物质,在心肌梗死、高血压、心力衰竭和心肌病等的防治方面有极高的应用前景。
