摘要
目的探讨活血养心汤对急性心肌梗死溶栓术后患者冠脉血流情况、心血管不良事件、生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2020年11月我院接收的60例急性心肌梗死溶栓术患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组开展术后常规辅助治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加施活血养心汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的CFVR、DPV、SPV均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的心血管不良事件总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的WHOQOL-BREF各维度评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的AA、ADP诱导血小板聚集值及FIB、D-D水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVDd、LVDs较治疗前减小,LVEF、CI较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将活血养心汤用于急性心肌梗死溶栓术后患者治疗中,可改善患者的冠脉血流情况及血栓前状态,减少心血管不良事件的发生,促进心功能恢复,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of Huoxue Yangxin decoction on coronary blood flow,adverse cardiovascular events and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction after thrombolysis.Methods Sixty patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing thrombolysis admitted in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine adjuvant therapy after operation,and the observation group was given Huoxue Yangxin decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the CFVR,DPV and SPV in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation values induced by AA and ADP,FIB and D-D levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVDd and LVDs in the two groups decreased,LVEF and CI increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Yangxin decoction in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction after thrombolysis can improve the coronary blood flow and prethrombotic state,reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and improve the quality of life.
