摘要
目的研究彩色多普勒超声三种成像检查技术在乳腺肿瘤定性诊断中的应用。方法随机选取30例乳腺肿瘤患者。所有患者应用CDFI、CEUS及UE法成像检查,同时进行手术或穿刺病理组织检查以对患者乳腺肿瘤进行定性确诊,然后将彩色多普勒超声三种成像技术的检查结果与病理检查结果进行对比,判定不同检查技术的符合率。结果CDFI法与UE法对良性乳腺肿瘤诊断符合率无统计学差异(P>0.05);CEUS法对恶性和良性乳腺肿瘤的诊断符合率均高于CDFI法和UE法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CDFI法联合CEUS法与CDFI法联合UE法的阳性诊断符合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CDFI法可以作为乳腺肿瘤定性诊断的基础性方法,必要时可联合CEUS法和UE法提高诊断准确率。
Objective To study the application of 3 kinds of imaging techniques in color Doppler ultrasonography in the qualitative diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 30 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly selected,all the imaging examination of the patient received CDFI,CEUS and UE,to accept the criteria of color Doppler ultrasound in 3 kinds of imaging examination and surgery or biopsy examination,the qualitative diagnosis of patients with breast cancer,and then compare the color Doppler 3 kinds of ultrasound imaging findings and pathological examination results,the coincidence rate of judging different inspection techniques. Results There was no significant difference in the coincidence rate between CDFI and benign breast cancer with UE method （ P 〉0.05）;The diagnostic accuracy of CEUS in malignant and benign breast tumors was higher than that in ultrasound blood flow imaging （CDFI） and ultrasound elastography UE,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）;There was no significant difference in positive diagnosis coincidence rate between CDFI combined with CEUS and CDFI combined with UE. Conclusion CDFI method can be used as a basic method for qualitative diagnosis of breast cancer.If necessary,combined with CEUS method and UE method can be used to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
