摘要
目的对社区在册管理下的严重精神障碍患者进行综合风险评估,为开展严重精神障碍患者分级分类管理提供依据。方法对辖区内在册在管的475位严重精神障碍患者及家属进行面对面访谈,用《严重精神障碍首次综合评估表》进行逐条逐项评估,再根据患者的综合得分情况,将其分为低风险、一般风险、较高风险、高风险四个级别。结果低风险238人(50.1%),一般风险199人(41.9%),较高风险28人(5.9%),高风险10人(2.1%)。结论采用综合评估能有效区分社区管理对象的风险状况,有利于分级、分类管理。
Objective Through the comprehensive risk assessment of community registered patients with severe mental disorders, to provide the basis for the grading and classified management of patients with severe mental disorders. Methods A total of 475 patients with severe mental disorders and their family members were face-to-face interviewed. The patients were assessed item by item with the First Comprehensive Assessment Form for Severe Mental Disorders. The patients were divided into four levels： low risk, general risk, high risk and high risk according to the comprehensive score of mental patients. Results The research showed that？238 people （50.1%） had low risk, 199 people （41.9%） had general risk, 28 people （5.9%） had high risk, and 10 people （2.1%） had high risk. Conclusion The comprehensive assessment can effectively distinguish the risk status of community management objects, and is conducive to grading and classifying management.
