摘要
如何切实做好社区严重精神障碍的管控,预防严重精神障碍患者肇事肇祸,事关人民健康、事关平安创建、事关社会稳定大局,也是卫生行政乃至政府面临的重要管理问题。为此,金山区朱泾镇探索建立一个部门协作机制、畅通一条救助通道、开通一条求助服务热线、成立一个应急救助小组、确定一名常务家长的“五位一体”社区严重精神障碍患者管理模式来开展辖区严重精神障碍管理工作,对严重精神障碍患者进行全面的管理,切实推进辖区精神卫生事业的发展。
How to effectively manage and control the serious mental disorders in the community,prevent the serious mental disorders from causing accidents,which are related to the health of the people,the establishment of safety,and the overall situation of social stability,are also important management issues facing the health administration and the government.To this end,Zhujing Town of Jinshan District explored the establishment of a departmental collaboration mechanism,unblocked a rescue channel,opened a helpline,established an emergency rescue team,and determined a“five-in-one”community management model for severe mental disorders in a permanent parent in order to carry out the management of severe mental disorders in the jurisdiction while manages the patients with severe mental disorders comprehensively and promotes the development of mental health in the jurisdiction effectively.
