摘要
目的 分析2015-2017年湖北省感染性腹泻病例的流行病学特征和病原构成,为制定感染性腹泻防控策略提供依据.方法 收集湖北省2015-2017年感染性腹泻报告病例的个案信息,对病例的年龄、性别、确诊病例和临床诊断病例,农村和城市病例,以及病原学特征进行分析.结果 2015-2017年湖北省共报告感染性腹泻130 336例,无死亡病例.0～2岁组、3～6岁组、7～64岁组和≥65岁组年均发病率分别为1 152.32/10万、109.33/10万、28.43/10万和49.15/10万.≥65岁组感染性腹泻病例中,确诊病例占4.17％（479/11 474）,农村病例占70.59％（8 099/11 474）.轮状病毒占实验室诊断病例的97.19％（32 684/33 629）.结论 湖北省感染性腹泻的高危人群为6岁以内儿童和超过65岁的老人,尤其是农村的老人,轮状病毒是该病主要病原体.
Objective To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of infectious diarrhea cases in Hubei province from 2015 to 2017,so as to provide the basis for the prevention and control strategy for the disease.Methods The information of reported infectious diarrhea cases in Hubei province from 2015 to 2017 was collected.All data were analyzed by age,gender,confirmed or clinically diagnosed cases and rural or urban cases,as well as the etiological characteristics.Results A total of 130 336 infectious diarrhea cases from 2015 to 2017 in Hubei province were reported.There was no fatal case.The average annual incidence in age groups of 0-2,3-6,7-64 and ≥65 years old were 1 152.32/100 000,109.33/100 000,28.43/100 000 and 49.15/100 000,respectively.In the ≥65 years old group,4.17％ （479/11 474） of the cases were confirmed cases and 70.59％ （8 099/11 474） were from rural area.Rotavirus was detected in 97.19 ％ （32 684/33 629） of laboratory confirmed cases.Conclusions High-risk groups of infectious diarrhea in Hubei province were under 6 years old group and over 65 years old group,especially the elderly in the rural areas.Rotavirus was the major pathogen of this disease.
