摘要
[目的]探讨单兆伟教授治疗功能性消化不良的临床经验。[方法]分析单兆伟教授对功能性消化不良发病机制的认识和中医整体观辨证论治的学术观点,总结单兆伟教授论治功能性消化不良的临床经验,并分析其典型案例。[结果]单兆伟教授认为功能性消化不良的病因为七情所伤及饮食失节,致"湿腐"胶浊难祛,气血不通致痞痛,病机在于脾胃气机升降失常。单兆伟教授主张在恢复脾胃气机的基础上,采用温清化浊、益气活血、疏肝和胃、通降导积的治疗方法,临床收效甚佳,以疏肝和胃为主治疗的案例亦效果满意。[结论]单兆伟教授继承和发扬孟河派中正平和、用药轻灵的治疗特色,提倡结合心理疏导治疗功能性消化不良的独到见解和丰富的临床经验值得学习和推广。
[Objective]To discuss the clinical experiences and unique views of Professor SHAN Zhaowei in treating functional dyspepsia. [Method]To analyze the understanding of Professor SHAN Zhaowei about the pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia. To sum up his academic point of overall TCM concept and syndrome differentiation. To sum up clinical experience according to staging and classification and analyze typical clinical case. [Result] Professor SHAN has put forward that etiology and pathogenesis lies in the stagnation of Qi and disorder of the spleen-stomach, excess of seven emotions and intemperance of taking food, sink turbid glue hard to clear, Yin-Yang disorder and stagnant movement of Qi-blood. Combined with experience of clinical practice,Professor SHAN has thought that, on the basis of restoring the spleen and stomach Qi, we should dissolve turbidity using warming and heat-clearing simultaneously, benefit Qi for activating blood circulation, remove food retention, disperse stagnated liver Qi for regulating stomach combined with psychological counseling, which has obtained great clinical curative effect. [Conclusion] Professor SHAN Zhaowei, inheriting and carrying forward the medical treatment characteristics of the Menghe, his experience in treating functional dyspepsia is worth to spread.
