摘要
探讨詹红生教授论治颈椎病的临床经验。认为其主要病机为筋出槽骨错缝,并构建临床诊疗评估指标体系,治疗以中药针刺内调气血不通、手法导引外治筋骨失和,以恢复颈椎"骨正筋柔、气血以流"生理状态。
This paper summarizes Professor Zhan Hongsheng＇s experience in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.It is considered that the primary pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis is＂Jin Chu Cao and Gu Cuo Feng ＂,and the evaluation index system for clinical diagnosis and treatment is established.For treatment,it advocates harmonizing qi and blood with Chinese medicine and acupuncture,manipulation and Daoyin to adjust muscle and joint,which could restore the balanced state between muscle and joint as well as qi and blood.
