摘要
煎汤代水法是将药物单独煎取药液,以此药液代替常水煎煮其他群药的一种煎药方法。《医醇賸义》系清代费伯雄所著,书中煎汤代水法的处方有26首,包括薏苡仁煎汤代水、藕煎汤代水、甘蔗煎汤代水、糯米煎汤代水、粳米煎汤代水、金针菜煎汤代水、谷芽煎汤代水、桑枝煎汤代水、猪肾煎汤代水、鲍鱼煎汤代水等。《医醇賸义》煎汤代水的用药品种俱为性质平和者,且多为食品,反映了费氏针砭“眩异标新”之时弊的匠心。费伯雄“于平稳中取效”的用药思想,为现今中医临床安全、合理用药提供了宝贵经验。
Jiantang Daishu,a decocting method,which decocts the medicine separately to obtain the liquid and uses the liquid to replace the water to decoct other medicines.Yi Chun Sheng Yi was written by Fei Boxiong in the Qing Dynasty,And 26 prescriptions used this method,including coix seed decoction instead of water,lotus root decoction instead of water,sugarcane decoction instead of water,glutinous rice decoction instead of water,japonica rice decoction instead of water,Jinzhen vegetable decoction Soup instead of water,glutinous bud decoction instead of water,mulberry twig decoction instead of water,pig kidney decoction instead of water,abalone decoction instead of water,etc.The varieties of medicine used in the decoction instead of water in Yi Chun Sheng Yi are all gentle in nature,and most of them are food,which reflecting the ingenuity of Fei's acupuncture"new and original".Fei Boxiong's medication thought of"getting effect in stability"provides valuable experience for the safe and rational use of Chinese medicine in today's clinical practice.
