摘要
日本是亚洲最早建立国家公园的国家。作为自然公园体系中最为重要的一类,日本的国家公园制定相应的保护计划,对具有特色的自然风景资源进行谨慎严格的生态保护和科学合理的利用。文章分析我国国家公园现状特点和存在问题后,参考日本国家公园的发展规划特点及保障管理体制,提出日本经验对我国国家公园建设的借鉴意义。
Japan is the earliest country in Asia to establish a national park. As the most important category in its natural park system,national parks in Japan have all formulated corresponding protection plans for careful protection and rational utilization of their representative natural scenery resources. This article analyzed the current status and existing problems of national parks in China,and puts forward how China can learn Japanese experiences in the construction of national parks with reference to the development planning and the management system of Japan＇s national parks. It was hoped that in the context of the construction of ecological civilization,the study would serve as a reference for the development and construction of national parks in China and the improvement of their management system.
