摘要
通过对十八大以来中央纪委监察部"一网一端一微"新格局的观察,结合当前纪检监察干部培训课程的具体情况,探讨在纪检监察干部培训工作中引入慕课的意义与实施途径,并对具体的慕课建设提出了建议:制定相关政策为慕课建设提供支持;以干部培训机构为主体落实慕课建设;紧密围绕中央纪委重点工作组织慕课开发;以学习者为中心,满足定制学习服务;以"互联网+"思维推进纪检监察干部培训事业的发展。
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection （CCDI） has always attached great importance to education and training of cadres. Based on the review of domestic education and training of cadres online education development, through the observa- tion of the CCDI related to the work since 18th CPC National Congress, this paper explores and implements ways and meaning of con- structing MOOCs for cadres of CCDI.
