摘要
为了探究科技成果转化制度与企业应用的协同度关系,在理论分析基础上构建了复合系统协同度模型,运用2000-2012年数据对江西省科技成果转化制度与企业应用各子系统协同度进行测量,并运用协整、格兰杰因果检验和脉冲响应模型进行实证分析。研究显示:科技成果转化制度与企业应用存在因果关系,各子系统协同度对复合系统协同度产生冲击效应,但由于制度创新尚未适应科技成果发展要求,科技成果复合系统协同度提升相对缓慢。需要从科技成果转化制度协同的角度来提出推动科技成果应用的政策建议及措施。
In order to explore the relationship of coordination degree between the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements and enterprise application,the paper constructed the composite system coordination degree model on the basis of theoretical analysis,measured the coordination degree of the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangxi Province and the enterprise application subsystems by using the data from 2000 to 2012,and made an empirical analysis by using the co- integration test,the Granger causality test and the impulse response model. The research showed that there is a causal relationship between the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements and enterprise application; the coordination degree of subsystem will have impacts on the coordination degree of thecomposite system; butthe coordination degree of thecomposite system of scientific and technological achievements is relatively slowbecause system innovation has not adapt to the requirements of the development of science and technology achievements. Therefore,it is required to put forward some policy suggestions and measures to promote the application of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of coordination of the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements.
