摘要
文章构建了反映旅游金融效率的指标体系和驱动因素的Tobit模型,借助DEA方法、结合Malmquist指数测度了中部六省的旅游金融效率,并在测度结果的基础上进一步剖析了旅游金融效率的动态演化、空间格局和驱动因素。研究结果显示:从动态演化看,整体上中部六省金融与旅游业间协同发展程度在不断加深,但区域间差距在拉大;纯技术效率指数显示中部六省间区域差异不大,呈下降趋势,从长期来看区域间差异有增大趋势;规模效率指数和综合效率指数的变化规律基本一致。从空间格局看,旅游金融效率指数分布具有一定的空间转移惰性,且空间差异较为明显;作为高敏感性行业,旅游金融受宏观经济政策和金融环境的影响较为严重。从驱动因素看,旅游资源、区域经济发展水平、交通便利程度和信贷规模因素对旅游金融指数有显著的正向效应,产业结构水平则具有显著的负向效应,技术创新、对外开放度未通过显著性检验。
The paper builds a Tobit Model which reflects the indicator system of financial efficiency and driving factors,and measures financial efficiency of six provinces in central China with the aid of DAE method and the Malmquist index.The dynamic evolution,spatial difference and driving factors are analyzed based on the measurement results.The findings are showed as follows:1.From the perspective of dynamic evolution,the coordinated development for the finance and tourism in six provinces deepening,but the regional gap is widening;The pure technical efficiency index shows that the regional differences are not significant with a downward trend while the regional differences show an increasing trend in the long run.The variation rules of scale efficiency index and comprehensive efficiency index are basically the same.2.From the perspective of spatial structure,the distribution of tourism financial efficiency index has a certain inertia of spatial transfer,and the spatial difference is obvious.As a highly sensitive industry,tourism finance is seriously affected by macroeconomic policies and financial environment.3.From the perspective of driving factors,tourism resources,regional economic development level,transportation and credit scale have a significant positive effect on the tourism finance index while the level of industrial structure has a significant negative effect.The technological innovation and openness to the outside world do not pass the significance test.
