摘要
为了使剩余污泥能够回收利用以及减少处理成本,利用管式膜流道宽、高强度支撑层和高精度分离层以及耐较高强剪切力等特点,研究了在不添加任何营养物质的情况下定期向管式膜生物反应器(MBR)生化池中投入污泥的方法,以实现污泥减量化,并对MBR反应池中污泥浓度进行监测.实验结果显示:在长时间实验条件下,活性污泥的消解速率可以达到596 g/(m3·d),出水COD维持在40 mg/L以下,氨氮在5 mg/L以下,表明管式MBR系统有较好的污泥减量效果,可以有效消解活性污泥,并且出水水质都稳定达到国家排放标准.
In order to reclaim the sludge and reduce the cost of treatment, the characteristics of tubular membrane with wide channel, high strength support layer and high precision separation layer, and high strength shear resistance are used. Periodically injecting sludge into the tubular MBR biochemical tank for sludge reduction in the case of no addition of any nutrients, the sludge concentration in MBR reactor was also monitored. Experimental results show that the digestion rate of activated sludge can reach 596 g/(m3·d), the effluent COD is maintained below 40 mg/L, and the ammonia nitrogen is below 5 mg/L under the condition of long time experiment, and that the tubular MBR system has better sludge reduction effect, the activated sludge can be effectively eliminated. And the effluent quality is stable to the national emission standard
