摘要
                
                    热力干化是污泥减量化和资源化利用的重要手段,污泥干化速率及其在干化机内的搅拌效果对干化效率提升有重要意义。文章以Ca O和Ca(OH)2两种碱性试剂为对象,研究了两种试剂对污泥搅拌特性和干化速率的影响。结果表明,Ca O和Ca(OH)2均能使污泥黏滞区间向高含水率区间偏移,且两种试剂均能显著提升污泥搅拌干化速率,研究结论对污泥干化工程实践有理论指导意义。
                
                Thermal drying is an important method for reduction and recycling of sewage sludge. Sludge drying rate and agitation effect in sludge dryer have great significance on sludge drying efficiency. Focusing on the alkaline reagents of CaO and Ca(OH)2, the effect of the reagents on agitation and drying characteristics of municipal sludge were studied in this paper. The results indicated that CaO and Ca(OH)2 can induce the transferring of sticky region from low moisture content to high moisture content, and the drying rate can be promoted by both reagents. The results has a theoretical guidance significance for industrial thermal drying practice of sewage sludge.
