摘要
以回用为目的,采用MBR-NF组合工艺处理印染废水。试验结果表明,出水水质好,COD、色度和浊度的去除率均达到99%,电导率去除率97%,各项指标均能满足回用于印染工艺的水质要求。工艺处理水质稳定,耐冲击负荷,容积负荷高,占地面积小。
In order to develop a feasible technology for advanced treatment and reuse of the dyeing wastewater, the united process of membrane bioreactor (MBR) and nanofiltration (NF) was studied. The result shows that the removal rates of COD, colour, turbidity and conductivity reach to 99.3%, 99.5%, 99%, and 97%. The quality of effluent is stable, and completely meets the requirement of reuse for dye. The process has the advantages of resistance to impulsive load, high volumetric load and small occupation area.
