摘要
目的考察超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和髓样细胞触发受体-1(myeloid cell trigger receptor-1 TREM-1)在肺炎细菌感染检测中的应用效果。方法收集健康体检者50例,非细菌感染性肺炎患者50例,细菌感染性肺炎患者100例,比较三组间患者hs-CRP和髓样细胞触发受体-1表达水平。结果方差分析显示,三组间血清hs-CRP和TREM-1水平差异均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),其中感染组患者血清hs-CRP显著高于健康组,细菌感染组患者血清TREM-1水平显著高于健康组和非细菌感染组(P<0.05)。进一步比较不同病情患者血清hs-CRP和TREM-1水平可知,随着疾病严重程度增加,患者血清hs-CRP和TREM-1水平也随之增高,两者均有显著相关性(P<0.05)。两指标联合应用对细菌性感染肺炎的诊断灵敏度为97%、特异性99%。结论血清hs-CRP和TREM-1水平可以有效反应细菌性感染肺炎患者病情并且是良好的潜在诊断指标。
Objective To investigate the application of hypersensitive C protein(hs-CRP) and myeloid cell trigger receptor-1(TREM-1) in the detection of bacterial infection in pneumonia. Methods A total of 50 healthy people,50 patients with non-bacterial infectious pneumonia and 100 patients with bacterial pneumonia were enrolled for the study. The levels ofhs-CRP and myeloid cell triggered receptor-1 in three groups were compared. Results The variance analysis showed that the levels of serum hs-CRP and TREM-1 had significant differences among the three groups(P〈0. 05); for the infection group,the serum hs-CRP was significantly higher than that in healthy group,while the serum TREM-1 level in patients with bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that of healthy group and non-bacterial infection group(P〈0. 05). Further comparing the levels of serum hs-CRP and TREM-1 in patients with different conditions,we observed that the levels of hs-CRP and TREM-1 increased with the increase of the severity of disease,and there was a significant correlation between them(P〈0. 05). The diagnostic sensitivity of the combined application of two indexes to bacterial infection pneumonia was 97%,and the specificity was 99%.Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP and TREM-1 can effectively reflect the condition of bacterial infection in pneumonia patients and is a diagnostic indicator with good potential.
