摘要
2017年美国新媒体联盟发布了《高等教育中的数字素养Ⅱ:新媒体联盟地平线项目战略简报》,该报告旨在帮助高等教育机构了解数字素养战略计划,介绍了世界范围的数字素养框架及特点,展示了世界各地实施的数字素养实践案例及特定学科的数字素养应用,转述了领域专家的观点,展望了数字素养未来的关注方向。报告内容对我国高校数字素养教育带来以下启示:应积极制定适宜的数字素养框架,重视学科化数字素养教育,塑造高质量信息创造者,采取混合数字素养教学模式。
In 2017, the New Media Consortium (NMC) released "Digital Literacy in Higher Education, Part Ⅱ: An NMC Horizon Project Strategic Brief ", which aims to explore digital literacy strategy plan, general landscape of framework and characters for United States higher education institutions. It examines digital literacy through global and discipline-specific lenses to reveal new contexts and applications, introduces opinions from experts and the development direction. The valuable experiences it brings for the development of digital literacy in China are as follows: formulating appropriate digital literacy framework, paying attention to the discipline-specific digital literacy education, developing excellent information creators, and adopting blended teaching pattern.
