摘要
目前,在我国肺癌的发病率和病死率居高不下,在所有肿瘤中属于增长速度最快,且对身体健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来全世界多个国家曾有相关报道,肺癌的发病率和病死率均持续增高,男性肺癌发病率和病死率均占所有恶性肿瘤的第一位,女性发病率占第二位,病死率占第二位。随环境污染的加剧,工作压力的增大,吸烟人数的增多,发病率和病死率仍迅速上升,而肺癌通过手术治疗后,很多患者以慢性咳嗽为其主要症状,咳嗽迁延不愈,反复发作,治疗效果一般,严重影响日常工作与生活。笔者通过总结临床经验及文献检索发现肺癌术后慢性咳嗽病位在肺,与脾肝关系最为密切。病理因素以风、火、痰、瘀为主。气阴两虚、肺气亏虚、气虚痰热、肺脾气虚为肺癌术后慢性咳嗽的四大主要证型,而益气养阴,补肺健脾为主要治疗方法。
At present, the incidence and mortality rate of lung cancer is very high in China. Among all tumors, lung cancer belongs to one of the fastest growing and most dangerous malignant tumors that threaten the human health and life. In recent years, there have been reports in many countries all over the world that the incidence and mortality of lung cancer continue to increase. Male lung cancer accounts for the first place in all malignant tumors. The incidence of female lung cancer is the second. It has become the first cause of death in China of malignant tumor. With the aggravation of environmental pollution, increasing work pressure, increasing number of smokers, the incidence and mortality of lung cancer is still rising rapidly, and after surgery, chronic cough has become one of the main symptoms. The effect of clinical treatment is general. Through consulting literature, concluding the common TCM syndrome characteristics and treatment methods in the clinical practice, the author finds that chronic cough locates in the lung, and it is related to the liver and spleen. The main pathological factors include wind, fire, phlegm, and blood stasis. The four main syndromes include Qi and yin deficiency, Qi deficiency, Qi deficiency and phlegm heat, Qi deficiency of lung and spleen after operation, and supplementing qi and nourishing Yin, tonifying the lung and spleen is the main therapeutic method.
