摘要
现如今,点击化学反应技术在多个领域都获得快速、有效的发展,特别是在有机合成、表面改性与生物分析研发等方面。由于其反应条件相对温和、原料获取容易、产物收率高、极易分离与提纯等,已被广泛应用到食品分析检测工作当中,且效果显著。近年来,随着各种学科之间的交叉与融合,点击化学在联合检测技术后可以将其本身所具有的强大分析检测性能充分展现出来。
Nowadays,click chemical reaction technology has achieved rapid and effective development in many fields,especially in organic synthesis,surface modification and biological analysis research and development.Because of its relatively mild reaction conditions,easy access to raw materials,high product yield,easy separation and purification,it has been widely used in food analysis and detection,and the effect is remarkable.In recent years,with the intersection and integration of various disciplines,click chemistry can fully show its powerful analytical and detection performance after joint detection technology.
