摘要
目的：明确现代意义的心主血脉理论的来源。方法：通过查阅大量文献,进行多方考证及深入剖析。结果：心主血脉理论是在古代解剖学的基础之上,借助于五行推演而建立起来的,并积极借鉴、吸收西医学的优秀成果,得到了进一步的发展与完善;进而形成现代意义上的心主血脉理论。结论：现代意义的心主血脉理论来源,包括三个方面,一是奠基于古代解剖学,二是建立于五行学说,三是吸收、借鉴现代医学的优秀成果而得到发展与完善。
Objective： To make clear of the theoretical source of heart governing blood and vessels in the modern meaning.Methods： We read large number of literature,multi-research and in-depth analysis. Results： The theory of heart governing blood and vessels is based on the ancient anatomy,and has been established with the help of the five phases deduction. It actively learns from Western medicine outstanding achievements,and then has obtained further development and improvement; and thus it forms the modern meaning of the theory of heart governing blood and vessels. Conclusion： The main theoretical sources of heart governing blood and vessels include three aspects. The first is based on ancient anatomy; the second is built on the five phases theory; the third is to absorb and draw the outstanding achievements of modern medicine and development and improvement.
